Associated Fabrication offers contract CNC milling services in New York and nationally on our Thermwood CS45-510 3-axis mill. We can cut a panel size of 60 x 120 x 9 inches, and nearly any non-ferrous material, including hardwoods, plywoods, aluminum, acrylic, Corian and all densities of modelling foams. We specialize in two-sided machining and can accurately flip-mill as required by your job . Thermoforming

Thermoforming, or "the the process of heating a thermoplastic material and shaping it in a mold," is one of our specialties. We are capable of thermoforming Corian, 3Form Chroma  and acyrlic as well as other solid surface materials. We work alongside our clients to help them optimize their designs for thermoforming to ensure seamles, beautiful finished products.
